Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of CarServiceManhattan.net ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide luxury ground transportation services including airport transfers, corporate transportation, hourly charter, and point-to-point service throughout Manhattan, NYC, and the Tri-State area.

Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email.
  • A valid credit card is required to confirm reservations.
  • Rates quoted are all-inclusive unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional charges may apply for wait time exceeding complimentary periods, additional stops, or route changes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup: Full refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: May be subject to cancellation fee
  • No-shows: Full fare charged
  • For special events (weddings, concerts, etc.), different cancellation terms may apply

Wait Time

  • Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary wait time from flight landing for domestic flights, 90 minutes for international flights
  • Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time
  • Additional wait time billed at hourly charter rates

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect
  • Not smoke in vehicles
  • Not transport illegal substances or hazardous materials
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles

Liability

While we make every effort to ensure safe and timely transportation, we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Lost Items

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you left an item, please contact us immediately at (888) 420-0177. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return your belongings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
