How to read the planner

The planner is a quick way to test a trip before you reserve it. Change the trip type, the passenger count, the luggage and the route pressure, and the suggestion updates. It does not book anything or set a price; it helps you arrive at the booking form with the right class in mind. The settings are saved in the page address, so you can copy the link and send it to whoever is approving the trip.

Luggage moves the answer more than most people expect. Four colleagues with laptop bags fit comfortably where two travelers with ski bags and hard cases do not. If the result sits on the line between two classes, choose the larger one, or call dispatch and describe the bags.

Route pressure is the other lever. A flight arrival adds uncertainty about timing, multiple stops add waiting, and a tight event call time leaves no room for a second attempt at a crowded curb. When any of those apply, hourly charter usually suits the day better than a single transfer.

Once the class is settled, the rest is the rate card. Sedan $120 all-in, SUV $150 all-in, S-Class from $175 and Sprinter from $200 per hour, each with a 3-hour minimum. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees; for S-Class and Sprinter starting rates, the booking form confirms the final price. Compare classes on the fleet page, check longer windows on the rates page, and read the airport notes for JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro before a flight.
