Which channel to use
Phone is for anything happening today, changes to an existing reservation, and trips where the plan is still moving. A person answers at any hour, and a call is the quickest way to check whether a particular class is still free on a busy date.
The booking form is for new reservations. It asks for everything dispatch needs in one pass, so there is no back-and-forth over which entrance or which terminal. The same form is embedded below and on the Book page.
Email suits questions that are not urgent: receipts, billing notes for a company account, planning a wedding or a multi-day roadshow, or asking how a longer trip to Connecticut or Long Island would be quoted.
Book or request a quote
If the form does not load, open secure booking in a new tab or call (929) 383-7697.
What helps dispatch help you
Whichever channel you use, the same details turn a question into a quote. Give the pickup as a door rather than a neighborhood: a hotel entrance on Central Park South, an office lobby on Sixth Avenue, a building on West End Avenue. Give the drop-off the same way. Add the date, the time the passenger needs to be in the car, how many people are traveling and what they are carrying. For airport trips, the airline, flight number and terminal matter more than anything else.
Rates are the same whichever way you book: sedan $120 all-in, SUV $150 all-in, including gratuity and fees, S-Class from $175 and Sprinter from $200 per hour, each with a 3-hour minimum. The written quote confirms applicable tolls, parking and extra stops. For S-Class and Sprinter starting rates, the booking form confirms the final price, including gratuity and airport charges. See the rates page for the full breakdown.
Frequently asked questions
What is the fastest way to reach dispatch?
Call (929) 383-7697. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day, every day. For a new booking, the online form is just as fast because it carries every detail in one message.
Should I email or call about a trip today?
Call. Email suits questions, receipts and planning for later dates. Anything happening in the next few hours belongs on the phone.
What should I have ready when I call?
The pickup door, drop-off door, date, time, passenger count, bags and class. For an airport, the airline, flight number and terminal or FBO. For a change, the name on the reservation.
Can I ask for a receipt that matches a company or passenger?
Yes. Say so on the form or in your email, and include the passenger name and any billing notes finance needs.
