Book a Car Manhattan reservations, 24 hours
Two ways to reserve: fill in the secure form below, or call (929) 383-7697. Sedan $120 all-in, SUV $150 all-in, S-Class from $175 and Sprinter from $200 per hour, each with a 3-hour minimum. Dispatch confirms a written quote before the ride.
Secure reservation form
If the form does not load, open secure booking in a new tab or call (929) 383-7697.
What to have in hand before you start
The form moves fastest when the trip is already decided. Write down the pickup as a door a stranger could find at night: the building name, hotel entrance, pier number or terminal. Then the drop-off door, the date and the time the passenger needs to be in the car, not the time they hope to arrive somewhere else.
- Passengers and bags. Count both. A sedan suits 1 to 3 people with light luggage; an SUV takes up to 6 or heavier bags; a Sprinter is the group and cargo class.
- Flight details. For JFK, LaGuardia, Newark or Teterboro, add the airline, flight number and terminal or FBO.
- Stops. List every stop in order. A second address on the Upper West Side is a different day from a straight run down the FDR.
- Special items. Child seats, strollers, golf bags, garment bags and mobility equipment go on the form before the car rolls.
- Billing notes. If finance needs a receipt that matches a passenger name or cost center, say so here.
How the reservation moves after you submit
- The request reaches dispatch with your class, times and doors.
- Dispatch returns a written quote. Check the class, the hours, and any lines for tolls, parking, airport access charges and extra stops.
- Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. For S-Class and Sprinter starting rates, the booking form confirms the final price. Ask about unclear lines before the trip.
- Keep the confirmation. Hotel doormen, building security and airport staff may ask who is collecting the passenger.
Rates on this site are hourly floors: $120 sedan, $150 SUV, $175 S-Class and $200 Sprinter. The shortest reservation in any class is three hours, so a sedan starts at $360 and a Sprinter at $600. The full breakdown sits on the rates page, and the fleet page shows each class.
Pick the right service on the form
The form asks for a service type. Match it to the day rather than the vehicle. Airport transportation is for legs that start or end at a terminal or FBO. Point-to-point is one pickup and one drop. Hourly charter keeps the car and chauffeur with you between stops. Corporate transportation covers roadshows and repeat office legs. Special events handles weddings, galas and venue doors, and long distance covers trips out to Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Airport-specific notes, including which crossings and terminals to name, live on the JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro pages.
When to call instead
Call (929) 383-7697 when the itinerary is still moving, when a group needs more than one vehicle, or when the trip is later today. Two parties who need two cars should hold two reservations; one Sprinter is not the same as two sedans. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day, every day, including holidays and late international arrivals.
If the embedded form will not load on your network, the same form opens in its own tab from the link under the panel. It is the same reservation system either way.
Frequently asked questions
Is the online form a confirmed booking?
The form sends the request. The trip is confirmed when dispatch returns the written quote with the class, hours and any extra lines. Keep that confirmation with the passenger.
Can I book by phone instead of the form?
Yes. Call (929) 383-7697 at any hour. Have the pickup door, drop-off, date, time, passenger count, bags and vehicle class ready, plus the flight number for an airport leg.
Which service type should I pick on the form?
Pick the shape of the day. One pickup and one drop is point-to-point. A car that waits between stops is hourly. An airport leg is an airport transfer. Every class still bills against the 3-hour minimum.
How late can I change a reservation?
Call dispatch as soon as the plan moves. Class changes on the same day depend on whether the requested class is still free, and larger vehicles fill first on busy dates.
Do I pay tolls and airport fees on top?
The written quote confirms applicable tolls for your route. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in, including gratuity and fees. For S-Class and Sprinter starting rates, the booking form confirms the final price, including any airport fees. List every stop when booking.
