About A reserved chauffeur service for Manhattan
What we are: a reservation team for chauffeured sedans, SUVs, S-Class cars and Sprinters on Manhattan hotel, office, residence and airport trips. Hourly pricing, a 3-hour minimum, and a written quote before every ride.
The idea
Manhattan has no shortage of ways to get into a car. What it lacks, at the moments that matter, is certainty: that the right size of car will be at the right door, that the price will not move because it started raining on Park Avenue, and that someone already knows the flight number. Car Service Manhattan exists for those trips. The product is simple on purpose. You reserve a vehicle class, the class sets an hourly rate, and dispatch confirms a written quote before the car rolls.
That structure suits the city. Traffic here is measured in time, not miles. The same run from Tribeca to Midtown can be quick at dawn and slow at rush hour, and a tunnel closure or a parade route can change it again. Pricing by the hour, with the 3-hour minimum stated up front, means the number you approve is built on the thing that actually varies, with gratuity and fees included for sedan and SUV hourly bookings. For S-Class and Sprinter starting rates, the booking form confirms the final price.
What we book
Four hourly classes cover almost every trip: a sedan at $120 for one to three travelers with light luggage, an SUV at $150 for up to six passengers or heavier bags, an S-Class from $175 for executive travel, and a Sprinter from $200 for groups and cargo. The fleet page shows each one.
The work falls into six shapes, each with its own page: airport transportation to JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro; corporate transportation for roadshows and repeat office legs; hourly charter for multi-stop days; point-to-point rides; special events such as weddings and galas; and long-distance trips out of the city.
Where we work
The core of the map is Manhattan, south to north: the Financial District, Tribeca, SoHo, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Midtown, the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side and Harlem. Trips also start or end in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, and run out to Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut. The full list is on the service areas page.
How we work
- Written quotes. Class, hours and every planned stop are confirmed in writing. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees. For S-Class and Sprinter starting rates, the booking form confirms the final price. Review the quoted fees and gratuity before the trip.
- Doors, not pins. We ask for the building, entrance or terminal, because a neighborhood label is not a curb.
- Flight numbers. Airport pickups are planned around the actual flight using the number on the reservation.
- Around the clock. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day, every day, and reservations can be scheduled for late arrivals and early departures.
- Licensed trips. New York City for-hire trips are prearranged through licensed bases. Ask which company accepts and dispatches your confirmation and keep that name with your quote. The NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission publishes the framework.
What we do not do
We do not publish a flat fare menu, promise a drive time for the FDR or the Van Wyck, or pretend a street hail and a reservation are the same product. We do not staff a storefront on every block. And we do not ask you to trust a number that can change after you have agreed to it. If that sounds like the service you want, the booking form is the next step, or call (929) 383-7697.
Frequently asked questions
Is Car Service Manhattan a taxi or rideshare app?
Neither. It is a reservation team for prearranged chauffeur trips. You book a vehicle class in advance and receive a written quote; there is no street hail and no fare that reprices while you wait.
Where is Car Service Manhattan based?
The reservation team serves New York, NY, and books trips across Manhattan, the other boroughs, and nearby Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut. Reservations are handled by phone and online rather than at a storefront.
How are trips priced?
By vehicle class and time: $120 per hour all-in for a sedan, $150 all-in for an SUV, from $175 for an S-Class and from $200 for a Sprinter, each with a 3-hour minimum. Sedan and SUV rates include gratuity and fees. For S-Class and Sprinter starting rates, the booking form confirms the final price.
How do I reach a person?
Call (929) 383-7697 at any hour, or write to info@carservicemanhattan.net. For bookings, the online form sends the full trip details to dispatch in one step.
